Emmanuel has experience advising companies in corporate & commercial transactions, probate matters, restructurings, and regulatory compliance. He also provides legal advisory and support services to diverse clients in the Real Estate and Construction sectors.

He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association and holds an LL.B. from Bowen University.
