Lateefat has close to two (2) decades of experience in legal practice and is the head of the Firm’s Corporate-Commercial & Arbitration Group. Her areas of specialization are corporate and commercial law; commercial arbitration, labour law; and regulatory and corporate governance matters.
She represents private and state clients on a broad range of commercial transactions related to real estate, labour, engineering and construction, amongst others and she has experience in negotiating with government authorities on behalf of clients. In providing legal advisory services for corporate bodies, she negotiates and reviews complex agreements and advises on appropriate recourse.
She has worked and sharpened her legal skills in a number of top tier law firms in Nigeria, including Ajumogobia & Okeke and Africa Law Practice.
She studied law at the University of Sheffield, United Kingdom and obtained her Master’s degree in law from Queen Mary, University of London, United Kingdom. She is an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, United Kingdom.
Habeeb is an external counsel who leads the Commercial Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) practice group at Rosewood Legal.
He specialises in commercial litigation and has litigated on an extensive range of issues, including energy and natural resources, banking and commercial transactions, intellectual property infringement and enforcement, contracts, and employment matters for local and multinational companies at original and appellate Courts of competent jurisdiction.
Habeeb is a seasoned litigator, having acquired his experience from some of Nigeria’s leading litigation firms where he was very active in the Corporate, Product Liability, Oil & Gas and Litigation units of the firms. Habeeb is a problem solver with versatility in developing enterprising legal solutions for companies and individuals.
He studied law at University of IIorin and obtained his Master’s degree in law from Queen Mary, University of London, United Kingdom.
Mrs. Omojafor heads the firm’s U.K office and has close to ten years’ experience in the maritime sector and shipping industry. Her professional specialisations are commercial and maritime law. She has years of experience in negotiating and drafting complex ship building contracts and service contract terms and conditions. She has successfully tendered for and secured various shipping accounts in the shipping industry.
She studied law at Cardiff University, in the United Kingdom and obtained her Master’s degree in maritime law from the same university.
Wale is as an associate in the Firm’s Corporate-Commercial Department and Litigation & Dispute Resolution Department. His areas of specialization include corporate and commercial law; Sports Agency; regulatory and corporate governance matters; and Dispute Resolution.
He studied Law at University of Abuja. He is also a member of International Humanitarian Law Advocacy Club.
Mr. Fajumo’s has over 13 years experience in office management, human resources administration and accounting. He is in charge in charge of HR and accounts at RWL.
He studied Business Management at Federal Polytechnic Offa, Kwara State. He is an associate member of the Nigerian Institute of Management and has attended several trainings and development courses.
